Sectional type heater mats
icefree sapphire ltd sectional type permafrost prevention heater mats, using heavy gauge 3.15 mm stainless steel wire pvc sheathed for extra protection incorporated within 25 mm thick floor grade insulation board, laid on the base floor wire face down, temperature controlled via thermostat operated control panel, providing permafrost protection for the cold store/freezer. sectional heater mat forms part of the floor insulation then finished floor slab on top.

Door heater systems
The purpose of icefree sapphire ltd door heater systems is to allow the safe opening/operating of freezer doors by preventing the formation of ice build up on door frames/gaskets, using low voltage heater tapes/cables via a step down transformer,(mains cables also available), some freezer doors require multiple circuit systems such as door edge,door face, and threshold heaters etc.

Partition heating
To prevent cold tracking through and ice forming on/up partition walls of a freezer, i.e where a freezer has been sub divided to form multi chamber areas of different temperatures,the heater sits under the partition wall protected by a metal cover providing a heat barrier controlled via a low voltage transformer.

Stanchion/column heaters
Heavy gauge 3.15 mm stainless steel heaters are normally fitted at the base of the steels to off set the loss of heat from the ground which could cause permafrost, controlled via a low voltage step down transformer.

The purpose of the icefree sapphire ltd pressure relief valve (NOTE THESE REQUIRE 240v SUPPLY 35va/VALVE) is to allow air pressure from the cold store/freezer to enter or escape the room to avoid wall/ceilings collapsing and doors not closing properly.
